Registration & Claim
Already registered? Enter your registration email and upload 2-3 photos of the broken part. You’ll hear back within 2 business days. Not registered? Use the form on this page to register your EGG and submit your warranty claim simultaneously. Accessory claim? Skip registration and go straight to filling a claim.Â

Approval
Once your claim is approved, we’ll notify you via email. You can then choose to have replacement parts shipped directly to you (shipping costs may apply) or have them fulfilled at no cost through any local dealer.

Get the Part
If you’ve chosen direct shipment, complete the checkout process, your product is on its way! For Dealer Fulfillment, we’ll email you a QR code to present at your local dealer when picking up your replacement part.

The ceramic parts of the Big Green Egg are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Other components, such as metal parts, gaskets, and accessories, have varying warranty periods. Check out our warranty terms and conditions for specific coverage details.Â
There is no limit to the number of warranty claims you can file, as long as they are within the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage.Â

Customers can choose to have the part shipped directly to their home for a shipping and handling fee, or they can select free pickup at their authorized Big Green Egg dealer. Â
