Chef Linkie Marais shows us how to make Shaved Asparagus, Brie and Bacon Flatbread on the Big Green Egg!!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Corn meal for dusting
- 12oz dough ball
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lb. pack of bacon
- Round of brie
Instructions
Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 450°F.
Add a Baking Stone to preheat; add the flatbread and bake 20-25 minutes, slice and enjoy!
