Ingredients
- 1 seedless watermelon, cut into wedges
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into wedges
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Microgreens for garnish
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Instructions
Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 500°F/260°C.
Place watermelon and cantaloupe wedges directly on the cooking grid. Grill for about 2 minutes per side until you see light grill marks. Remove from heat and garnish with crumbled feta and microgreens. Top with the balsamic vinegar glaze.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
