Eggs purchased secondhand (online marketplaces, yard sales, etc.), and not from an authorized dealer, are not qualified.
Any previously unregistered EGG has the opportunity to participate in our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The only requirement is that you are the original owner, the EGG was purchased at an authorized dealer, and that the Big Green Egg is in good working condition.

Yes, the deadline to register through our Warranty Registration Open Enrollment is October 6th, 2024.
Yes, you can register multiple Big Green Eggs under the same account. Make sure to provide the necessary details for each unit.
Once your registration is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
For EGGs sold before 2016, no serial number or stamp code is required.
Reach out to customer support and they can migrate your registration to a new email address. You can only migrate it to an email address of yourself and not of another person
Only EGGs purchased from authorized Big Green Egg dealers are eligible for our limited lifetime warranty.
Unfortunately, EGGs are registered through their unique serial number with the original owner. We understand that there are certain instances, such as a gift or inheritance, that may occur so please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we can work to find a solution.
“Good working shape” means that the grill is fully functional and free of significant damage. While minor cosmetic wear and tear are acceptable, the ceramic shell and all its components (lid, base, firebox, fire ring) are intact without cracks, major chips, or other damage that impairs its appearance or function.
