Erik Vachon

Erik is a dad of three who uses cooking as both a family activity and as my moment of zen!  I grew up in the Washington, DC area but have lived in Texas for over a decade and am loving it, especially the year-round BBQ and grilling weather!  I have no professional culinary training, but have definitely made cooking on my Big Green Egg my most passionate hobby.
